During a trade show, the client faced significant challenges due to the manual data entry system used for placing orders. This process was time-consuming, causing customer frustration and resulting in lost sales and business as potential customers left the store due to the long wait times.
Indian based a digital platform which allows users to Buy, Sell and store gold and silver online at live market rates. User can also take a delivery of gold and silver from their storage gold and silver in the wallet.
Previously client was handling the gold and silver transaction manually and offline. User must had to give an order using a phone call or by personally. In digital era that was not acceptable system so client wants to move those whole manual work into digital platform. Also client had registered his company into amazon and flipkart for selling his products and maintain the records into their personal ERP by csv manually.
We implemented digital platform for buying,selling and storing of gold and silver. User is able to do the transactions based on live markets with promotions. Also we have created an SIP functionality which helps user to invest systematically in gold and silver by choosing various plans. For the e-commerce products, we deliver the e-commerce platform as well so user can take a hard coins delivery as well. Implemented middleware which will get and store order and customer records from Amazon and Flipkart.
